In fact, chances are good that any Photoshop user should feel right at home with this software since it has pretty much the same buttons and gadget layout as Photoshop has.
The program is available for many operating systems in the x86 world, but the author has also had a Pegasos2 PPC computer since some time. After some hard work of porting it to PPC, the program is now running on this new architecture. As a result, it will soon be available for MorphOS, LinuxPPC, MacOS X, and the first MorphOS screenshots has already been released.

Pixel32 (Photoshop replacement) for MorphOS closing in to release : Comment 1 of 18 | Posted by Anonymous (213.226.84.122) on 10-Jan-2005 19:24:43 | This is terriffic news! It truly looks like a great piece of software! :-D
The licensing terms seems very favourable too, $32 is peanuts and you get a license for ALL the platforms! :-O
This may also be the first visible example of what the Freescale sponsored Open Desktop Workstation distribution programme (to support developers who wants to develop for PPC) can result in? May lots of other, similary successful cases follow this one!
:-)
